Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?
The Scrappy Bear processes orders in the order they are received and we strive to process orders within 48 hours of purchase. There may be times when that isn't possible and that will be communicated via social media, website banner or in the confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?
We ship via USPS and you can choose Ground or Priority mail at check out. Shipping costs are different depending on the weight and size of the order. When your order is packed and shipped you'll receive an email with the tracking number. You might not be able to see tracking information until it has been picked up and processed by USPS.

The cost of shipping includes what we paid to ship as well as our costs for materials and packing. We've done or best with the help of Shopify to give you a good estimate of how much it will cost at check out. If the cost looks wrong, such as $100 for a yard of fabric, please let us know, because something went wrong.

How do I get free shipping?
Yes, we do offer free shipping on all orders more than $150 pre-tax.

Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we don't offer international shipping. However, since we use USPS for shipping we do support packages sent to APO address for U.S. military personnel stationed overseas.

Do you cover return shipping?
Since we have few items that can be returned, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the item purchased is incorrect, damaged or defective, please reach out and the above contact information.

Do you offer pick up?
Yes, we offer local pick up for those in the Tucson, AZ metro area only at a couple of locations on certain days and times. To get pick up you must be logged in with an account showing you are in the Tucson metro area and use one of the below codes to not be charged shipping.

Use of the below codes means you agree to pick up your purchase and not have it shipped to you. If you use these codes and are not able to pick up your order your will receive an invoice and must pay for shipping before it will be sent.

BY&BYPICKUP - Using this code means you will pick up your order at By & By Quilt Shop (2569 E. Fort Lowell Rd., Tucson, AZ) on below dates during store hours.

  - Sunday, Sept 20 - 11 am-4pm
  - Wednesday, Sept 23 - 10 am-5pm
  - Saturday, Sept 26 - 10 am-5pm
  - Sunday, Sept 27 - 11 am-4pm
  - Tuesday, Sept 29 - 10 am-5pm
  - Wednesday, Sept 30 - 10 am-5pm
TMQGPICKUP - This option is available to members of the Tucson Modern Quilt Guild. Using this code means you will pick up your order before or after certain TMQG meetings or sew days. You will receive an email letting you know which days it will be available.
